RPM offers the newest generation of milling techniques and processes. In addition to skilled machinists, we have a very high accuracy 5-axis machine, a horizontal machine, and traditional 4-axis and 3-axis vertical machining centers that are great for prototyping and for production.
Our machining flexibility allows us to serve a broad base of customers, from those who want low run, high accuracy prototypes to those requesting high run, high tolerance parts. Additionally, we can machine a wide range of sizes, from small parts, with dimensions in fractions of an inch, to large diameter hubs and rings, to plates up to 48” x 62”.
Plate Work Specialty
Another reason to use Reed’s is our specialty in plate work. We’ve developed systems for plate work that allow us to handle large, medium, or small plates by using different restraining and tie-down techniques.
